Wombat Girl
When you look at the Australian desert, the very first question that crosses your mind is that of how anything could possibly live there. The sand is too coarse, the sun too hot, the nights too cold, and if you do chance across anything living in the baking expanse, nine times out of ten it will try pretty successfully to kill you. What most don't see is the Dreaming. Across Ireland, stories abound of the Tuatha De Dannan, throughout America, the Native Americans talk of their totems and spirits. All places tell stories, and in truth, stories never die; but in Australia, a concerted effort has been made to kill them. Because of this, much of
